Pros and Cons (TIRES)
Have 3 options of 33x12.50's I'm looking at any Pros and Cons with Kumho M/T KL71's, BFG M/T KM2's, and GoodYear Wrangler MT/R's. Mostly Daily Driver, But get off road (mostly trails) once in a while

I run BFG M/T KM2's on both my Jeeps. On road they ride decent, wear well and aren't real noisy my DD Jeep has about 25k on it's tires and they have approx. 50-60% tread left. My other Jeep gets very little on road but the BFG M/T KM2's have worked well on everything from rocks, wet slick clay, mud etc no complaints at all about their off road abilities.

They are what I am leaning towards, just never had an issue on or off road with em, and they wear well. I like the look of the Kumho's better. but haven't heard much about them.

It's impossible to know which tires to recommend without knowing how they'll be used... in mud, deep mud, dirt, rock, sharp rocks, easy trails, extreme trails, etc.

For easier trails without sharp rocks, the KM2s are fine. For tough trails where sharp objects could puncture a sidewall, the MT/Rs are the way to go. I have no experience with the Kumhos, they aren't a very commonly seen offroad tire in my area.

nothing heavy Jerry, mainly as you say "fireroads" maybe a little mud, here and there, and street use.

Based on that Tim, it'd probably be very hard to beat the lower cost BFG Mud Terrain KM2. That's a quiet long-wearing tire that is good on most offroad trails.

Gotcha thanks for the input
