Poly Door Hinge Bushings
Magnitude Engineering's premium line of replacement bushings for Jeep Wrangler door hinges will allow you to replace your deteriorated, worn out, or missing OEM bushings with ease. Whether you are trying eliminate unsightly rust, compensate for years of wear, fix that door that won't latch properly, or prevent potentially damaging leaks due to door misalignment; replacing your bushings is the simplest and most cost effective way to improve the appearance and operation of your door.

Simply remove the old bushings if necessary and insert new ones in their place without the extra time and expense of purchasing new hinges, removing the old ones, prepping and painting, or aligning. As opposed to replacing your hinges, replacing only your bushing minimizes the risk stripping a screw or damaging paint.

Magnitude Engineering's premium replacement bushings are precision machined from high lubricity DelrinŽ bar. They firmly support loads in both the radial and axial directions due to their full length barrel and flange. Because of the self-lubricating nature of the material, these bushings do not require additional lubrication. Unlike OEM bushings that are roll-formed from flat sheets of laminated material, these solid bushings will not flake apart or delaminate.

Spring is the perfect time to get your Jeep ready for summer fun. Upgrading your hinges with these parts makes your doors operate more smoothly and also makes them easier to remove and re-install for off-road fun.

I'm going to offer my recommendation for this product. My stock door hinge bushings wore out in under two years of swapping stock doors on and off with tube doors or door hinge mounted mirrors. I initially purchased these Magnitude Engineering bushings to save money because they cost half of what the dealer charges for stock bushings, but I've had them now for over two and a half years, and they still don't show ANY signs of wear. So this was a wise purchase for me.

Received and installed my new bushings. They look great and the removal/installation tool was a godsend! I can't imagine having to try and yank my old ones out without it. Thanks!!

Installation Tool
Yeah DarthLego, the tool is a big plus, especially for the tough to remove bushings.
