How much and whats the material?

Saleen00 08-21-2013 12:06 AM

These where more or less beer for the shop and future favor and the material is 1/8" and 1/16" w/1/2" round to finish edge but our shop has all thickness of steel and aluminum alloys so I can built to any spec. of thickness and tubing diameter.

I am really interested in the fenders. Also wondering if you are able to do bumpers aswell? And how much would you charge. Also where is your shop located?

If you want any tips on what exactly we need to fit the market niche shoot me a PM. I can tell you for starters there isn't a quality true arch flare fender on the market. A simple, affordable inner fender for a reasonable price would be a nice addition as well. It doesn't need to be more than 1/16th max, just enough to do some under hood mounting and keep the mud /dirt off the engine. I will probably be building my own set sometime next year, but if you end up putting out a quality set you may be getting by business. Plus I love supporting the small businesses, especially good ones.

Work looks great.

Thanks when I built my Jk fenders I took the stock liners cut them down took a heat gun and did a reverse fold and they came out great on the front and the rears I put a 2" recess on the fender and cut the stock liners and they mount on the recess looks factory and no company had done this I couldn't believe it. It was to simple. I made the rock sliders also..
