Need Help! Hose Disconnected

5 Attachment(s)
I have a hose that is not connected to anything. It is a vacuum and is sucking in air. I noticed when I cover it, the engine sounds like it slows down, and when I don't cover it , it sounds normal. I am just not sure where it gets connected to.

Then I also noticed near the throttle there is this spring like thing, that is attached to nothing.

Any clue what that is for?

Thank You!

The hose should attach there to the side of the valve cover. Mine does not have the spring. Looks like something that was added that wasn't needed.

The spring is a throttle return spring. There is a bracket missing but isn't needed.
