Tonneau Cover Question

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but here it is. I have a 2010 JK 2 door. I have a Bestop Supertop NX. I just ordered a Dirty Dog 2 piece shade. I also have a Smittybuilt soft top boot cover coming. I feel that these pieces give me the most versatility. Is there anything available that I can use to cover the back section with the seats folded down that allows you to have the soft top and its hardware? Similar to a tonneau cover but I noticed that they can't be used with the folded down soft top and its hardware. Not going to a bikini top because I want to keep my soft top on. Hopefully I am explaining myself well enough. Thanks in advance.

I actually just got a cover for the back section for my jeep. All the looking around I did all the covers needed the soft top removed because you have to use the rod your back window slides on and the brackets on the jeep. That's how the cover gets anchored then you run the sides of the cover up in to the channels were your driver and passenger side windows go. Then you have to strap the rest of the cover down with the provided straps around the bars behind the driver side and passenger side seats, like were the seat belt is at. So I guess if you still have the soft top up but the windows out I guess they are saying the cover won't fit because of the sail flaps being in the way. Hope it makes sense. If I should run across anything ill let you know I'm always looking at different jeep sites. ;-)
