cutting off and raising body mount brackets?

I need new TJ body mount brackets... the six that run along the side of the jeep frame rail. We are cutting off the old ones and will weld new ones an inch higher up on the frame (no more body lift). My fabricator can make new ones but would be nice and convenient if they were premade and I could just order them. Anyone know where new body mount brackets can be found?

Thanks,
Ben

try blue torch fab...

i checked with blue torch fab and also Genright. They both plan on making something in the near future but don't have anything yet.

I've got the part numbers to the factory frame brackets though...

5003831AA for the middle bracket and rear-most side frame bracket
5003836AA for the front-most side frame bracket

now I just need to get the bushings/sleeves and bolts

man... $110 each bracket!? Just called jeep parts to order but after I found out the price I figure we can fabricate our own out of 3x3" square tubeing and cut that in half for two brackets.

Thanks but I think those act as armor for the brackets... they are not the brackets themselves that weld to the frame. I'm looking for brackets that weld to the frame. But I think I've got an idea... 3x3" square tubing cut in have and weld those to the frame.

Thosec clams look like a good idea though to protect the brackets though.

True the "Clamz" are just protection for the body mounts.

Try Sniper Fabrication or Trent Fabrication

no one that I know of makes any body mounts
they are not to hard to make just make them
