You sir are correct. I come from a muscle car/hot rod background. My dad has been into them all his life. Built a 31 model A from the ground up and has a 64 GTO convertible with tri power. If i were to have a second jeep this would be one toy that would be hard to pass up:jawdrop:

& here I was expecting to make a really derogatory, smartass comment but this is a well done setup.

What motor / trans combo does that thing have? Is it still 4WD?

TwoNin9r 09-10-2013 10:15 AM

I've always wanted to do a "rat" 4x4, but I'd still do it lifted with big tires, just... "rat" ish, lol

Off road as in flat dirt parking lot. Interesting for what it is though.

ElectricJay 09-10-2013 10:32 AM

Pretty cool! :happyyes::happyyes:

Don't forget your umbrella if you drive it in the rain.

nwbronco 09-10-2013 10:52 AM

We were at the Rod Show in Long Beach Washington over weekend. There was a ratted Willys pickup in the lineup. I'll see if the kid got any pics of it. It was raw, but definitely a nice looking start.

That thing is awesome. Pure awesome.

Strokerswild 09-10-2013 11:07 AM

Engine is obviously a small block Chev.

No sign of a front pumpkin, so it must be RWD only. Seems to me this thing was in Hot Rod a while back.

I love it.

BigManAndy 09-10-2013 11:22 AM

Wicked awesome. Love it!!!

TOK 09-10-2013 11:46 AM

Open headers dumped 4 feet from your head... The drone isn't that noticeable after 5 minutes because you're deaf. :)

JKBrad 09-10-2013 11:47 AM

Cool way to fix up an old T-bucket! I'd sure as hell drive it!

BacaraJKU 09-10-2013 11:51 AM

Thank you, I was expecting a slammed JK on 24's. Love going to car shows and seeing these projects.

panthermark 09-10-2013 12:36 PM

Yup, seem that ride posted before. Wicked sweet...

fljeepleo 09-10-2013 12:39 PM

:punk: Looks good in the last picture with the General Grabbers!

WranglerJA 09-10-2013 04:21 PM

ferninAZ 09-10-2013 04:26 PM
