A pillar leaks

I have a new JK with about 450 miles on it. The first hard rain, about 30 miles on it, I had leaks that dripped onto the door above the opening handles. The dealer had it for two days to make repairs and last night it rained and leaked in the same place but less. Going back in on Monday. Anyone have this resolved?

let the dealer fix it under warranty. Their "sun roof" or "leak" guy will be the one fixing it (dealers here seem to all use the same guy/company as dealer has the guy on a different day).

I have an 08 JKU, mine leaked on the drivers side A pillar, dealer wanted almost $100 to fix. I fixed it with silicon bathroom caulk. I took the freedom panels off front, noticed the seal was pulling away from the metal near the windshield. I used some silicon bathroom caulk between the rubber and metal, pushed it together with my hands to squeeze out excess. Then put on hard top and fastened it then wiped off excess that the hardtop squeezed out. no more leak, and it was a cheap fix as I already had the caulk from a bathroom renovation project.
