Anyone have idea of how to find owner of dealership?

Looking to send a letter to the owner of the dealership that I bought my JK from last night to make him aware of the multitude of issues that I encountered. Is there a Regional/District Manager or anyone else that I should cc: on it? :zap:

Anyone have any insight as to the best way (short of walking in and demanding to get his info) --- Is there like a dealer network or someone working for Chrysler/Jeep here that can help point me in the right direction.

I am sure it will not do any good, but at least it will allow me to expound upon my dissatisfaction with the experience.

ideas?

In Virginia we have the State Corporation Commission that should have that information. Check for someting simular in your area.

Ask the general manager at the dealership. Don't let HIM jerk you around- ask for the owner. If the buck stops with him, poo on his desk (figuratively, or literally, if you're really ticked off! :)) Mark W.

Ask them when you pick up your 09 (previous thread} when you were worried about bankruptcy!!

just go and ask, you don't have to explain why, just say i'd like to contact the owner of the dealership by whatever means you wish. get email, phone number, whatever. they have to give you the info.

oh yeah, better yet is the 800 # customer service. that can actually make a difference to them. you still won't get anything out of the deal other than the fact of not letting that bs go without attention.

Walk into the showroom with a tent and ice chest full of beer. Tell them you are there to see the owner and are prepared to stay as long as it takes. :D

I agree with jpdocdave about the 800 number. I have gotten immediate results with it and the dealership had to eat their words a few times after informing chrysler what the dealer was saying about the service requirements, for instance. I'm on my third chrysler product in a row. Totally familiar with chrysler 800 number as they are with me.

I also agree with Dave on this one. Dial the 800 number. If this dealership has a "5 Star" certification, comments regarding unsatisfactory customer service could cause them to lose that rating. They have to bust ass to get it but they have to bust even more ass to keep it.

Here's a link to the contact info:

Chrysler Corp will give it to you! Call um! Thats the thing about these dealers, they can get by with this @#$%, The Manufacturer will probably just tell you to find a dealer that works for you!
