Heat & cool for a couple cycles.

If you have access to air tools, try impact otherwise air chisel. Thats what I had to do to mine when I did the lift. I had it spin in the insert nut in the top frame so used air chisel to chisel it out, then used new bolt & washer to place back in there from top of frame pointed down.

Worst case can use cut-off wheel to cut bolt then use new bolt.

As stated heat works, or a longer wrench, however if its really bad you may bust the thing off with more force. If you don't have a longer braker bar, you can sometimes use the red handle off a high lift, or if your like me and have the front sections of the sport cage bars those work well to fit a wrench in side and put some torque down on the bolt etc.

If I can hi-jack this for a bit.

I broke both upper shock bolts in the rear off closest to the tank. I couldn't fit a drill at the right angle so I torched out the old ones and threw bolted (1.25" BL made it easy).

Does anyone have a better fix for this when you break those bolts?

Sorry for hi-jacking, but it'll help when you finally break the bolt off anyway. Lol

Hey Thanks a lot TEEJAY not only did you hijack my thread but you put the wammy on me. I broke the bolt head off and i dont have a bodylift. I dont have torches either. I am leaning towards taking it to a shop and letting them mess with it.I have a lillie nub left on the bolt. Could i just spot weld a big blob on the bolt and hope she holds or should i just get it fixed. ( i would do it myself but i just spent the last 4 days puttin on a lift and im done problem solving for this week. Plus its my daily driver.
