lights blink when not pulled on

hello there need some help I have a 2000 tj that the head lights blink off and on with a clicking coming from the glove box when they aren't even pulled on ? any ideas where to start ?

There is a fuse block behind the glove compartment. The clicking is probably a relay. See if you can't figure out which one is clicking. I don't have access to my Jeep right now so I can't remember what's on that block.

do you think its the relay or a bad ground ?

Lots of Chrysler products have a history of bad multifunction switches including jeeps. I would check that , I've seen headlights and fog lights come at same time and kill battery due to faulty switch.
