Very nice. I just bought the exact same wheels. I am having them mounted today. Did you use the OEM TPMS sensors?

4point 06-12-2009 10:30 AM

Looks great!!! I really like those wheels. :punk:

CruserBruiser 06-12-2009 10:33 AM

yes i did but i still get a low tire pressure warning every time i start the vehicle, so i dont know whats up with that but i got a superchips flashpaq coming in sometime and its supposed to clear any error codes.

What gears ya running with the 35's?

daggo66 06-12-2009 06:02 PM

I like the steps. I've been debating on getting those or the stock Rubicon rock rails. I like the way the Rubicon rails finish off the bottom of the body, but now after seeing your rig, I kind of like those steps. They don't seem to hang low and they're actually less expensive than the stock rails.

Whats the biggest tires you can run without getting a lift? im savin up for tires and a lift but id like to have some fun now so i want to get tires! Any clue?

Dewayne 06-13-2009 11:10 AM

Looks GREAT:punk: Realllly like the wheels

CruserBruiser 06-13-2009 11:32 AM

stock gears right now 3:73 i think but i am not sure, obviously there is a difference now with the big tires but i dont think its that bad, i have thought about a 4:10 or 4:11 though... i have also ordered a superchips flashpaq so i am hoping that it will give me a little boost or help out with my gas mileage anyway.. 17mpg to 14mpg in a matter of housrs!!!!

i was worried that the steps were gonna hang down too far also but they are tucked in nicely and its easier for passengers to get in and out off.

I am looking to put 35's on mine also did you notice a ride high differnce when you put them on. The tire place i was talking with said it would go up about 3 inchs?!?!? I think he is crazy.

A quick way to estimate the ride height from tires would be to cut the difference in sizes in half.
For instance if you have 31's on your jeep now and you mount some new 35's, there is a 4" difference in tire height meaning the jeep will sit roughly 2" higher.

slight difference, it was what i expected though with a bigger tire, the guys who did the balancing for me did an awesome job though, they usually work on large rim sizes like 20's and up so they have a special balancing machine to handle the larger tire sizes, it was probably the first off road tire those guys have ever worked on!!!:D and i there was an increase in height as well so 2.5" to 3" is probably not that far off.
