Wet carpet onky on drivers side... Why?

Ey I have a 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited and recently (noticed it yesterday) the carpet on the drivers side is all wet..... No rain here in my for a couple of days. When I noticed it yesterday I used a shop vac to suck up the water and tired the heat on high to dry it up. Then I washed the jeep today and noticed just a little while ago that the carpet is wet again. I have been hearing when I start it up sometimes what sounds almost like running water that's not all the time though. Where the hell is the water coming from? Could it be from where the cabin air intake is? Like water coming through the cabin filter? I had this happen on my mustang where water built up in that area because the drain was clogged and it would come through..... Any insight on this? If not I guess it will be a trip to the service center in the am :(

I have a 2011 sport wrangler and just noticed too that my floors on both driver and pass are wet, dry conditions too, haven't put it threw car wash and it hasn't rain either in over 2 weeks, it's been at the dealer for two days and still no clue. I'm hearing about condensation problems from metal to carpet and causing wetness from the bottom of exhaust heat transferring into cabin. Seems unlikely but still no answers where this water is coming from, dealer put a hose to my car and still no leeks coming in but when I drive for 45 min my mats are wet.....hmmmm

Heater core

Can heater core cause this?

If it was heater core, you could tell it was antifreeze right?
What about a/c condensation? Tj's had an issue where it would blow back from the vent into the cab when driving.

High outside humidity? Using AC a lot? (Probably should have looked at your location before this post). Check drain for AC in engine compartment for being plugged. If not draining, the water from the condensation will pool up in air box where the blend door is and ten leak out in other areas. My thought would be mostly on passenger side unless vehicle sits leaning to drivers side and water hits trans tunnel and flows to the left?
By the way defrost uses the AC as well to draw out the moisture in the air that is heated and pushed to the window.
