I was heading home today and saw this. A LOWERED JEEP. I had to fly, duck and swerve to catch up with him for these pics.

Scout 06-26-2009 05:29 PM

I thought all Sahara's were lowered?

Levinoss 06-26-2009 06:10 PM

Is it lowered? Looks like it's stock with stock tires?

orange05tj 06-26-2009 06:12 PM

Quite the opposite... at least with a JK...click on the "Dimensions" tab.

Its funny how looking at 33's all the time makes stockers look lowered. The first time I got in after taking out the lift and going back to stock tires, I jumped in from habit and smashed the side of my face on the rollbar.

Look at the front springs in that pic.
I bet they kept the 4WD incase they get high centered on a speed bump.

daanbc 06-28-2009 06:42 PM

That back rim looks like a Trans-Am rim from the 80's?

...or an early Grand Cherokee.

amy 06-29-2009 11:59 AM

LOL, I didn't even notice that that was when Skeeter put his Grand Cherokee wheels on the back of my jeep because he broke one of my tires and I don't have a spare. Yes, the rims are different and the tires are a couple of inches smaller. I guess I need another picture.

some one has gone and destroyed 2 perfectly good jeeps. well they might as well "cash for clunker" them now. blech.

TooTallTolar 08-31-2009 02:14 PM

Such a shame ... I could think of so many better ways to spend money on a jeep.

Coyote_94YJ 08-31-2009 02:48 PM

That second one with the rims is photochopped, and not very well I might add.
