New to the forum, Jeep TJ 1998, 4 cyl auto

Hi, I am new to this forum and new to wranglers, I have had jeep cherokee for 13 years now and love it. I am thinking to make some changes to the wrangler I just got, to make it more handling friendly, and perform better.
First off, I am looking for the factory hardware for the jeep. I got it with the hardtop, not knowing anything about wranglers, I got the bikini top and the soft top with it, just no hardware, no poles, bows anything. I was under the impression that they all attached to the roll bars. The jeep is lifted 6" and has 33" tires and nice chrome mags. Performance chip and an after market air intake system under the hood.Has dual steering stabilizers and two shocks to each wheel. It is not calibrated for the speedometer, so I dont know what speeds I get out of it but it seems like it is a little sluggish, I think from the oversize tires.Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated,
