Why is my Jeep soaked?

Ive only had my wrangler for about 3 months. Lately we have had a lot of rain and while I was driving water started pooring on my feet. I noticed it again yesterday and both sides in the front are soaked, anybody know why and what I can do do fix it?

is it up by the firewall or on the floor and do you have half doors. pluse what year is your jeep

its a 94, from what I can tell its only on the floors, and yes I have half doors

you may have a plugged air intake drain. look next to the battery at the firewall. there is a black rubber tube that is the drain for your air intake for the heater. pour hot water into the intake to melt any goop that may be in there. the bottom of the hose is flat. squeeze it to open and let it drain. repeat as long as you get gunk out of it. the air intake is just in front of the windshield.:punk:

yep ditto to "NAVYCHIEF" my brothers had the same problem, does it just pour out on corners? if so i would say that is the problem :D

You can pull the drain hose right off to clean it easier.

X2, & run a garden hose down through the cowl vent while it's off!

It's like the appendix of your jeep.

Not my pic, but this is what you're looking for;

I've got a 93 with the same issue. I've got half doors, so some of the water is coming from there, but it looked like someone pissing in the floor on the passenger side when it come a down pour. Would a rusted window frame and crappy cowl seal cause it to leak as well?

Check the hose in above picture
if it cloged clean
wind shield look under any holes?

I poured hot water down the air intake...then all the nasty stuff from the years come running out, hahaha....Which I can't complain the Jeep only has 80k on it, and all I have had to do to so far was change oil & filter, air filter, fuel filter, plugs, wires, dist. cap/rotor, change the coolant, and manual transmisson fluid. Got to change the body mount bushings next, windshield frame and seals, shocks, and get the exhaust leak fixed. Then I'm golden...well the exhaust has a bolt broke off in the head, but I think it can be tapped out. Gotta luv it, hahahaha
