Rock Sliders and Body lift

Okay, so I guess I screwed up getting the EMP sliders since they mount to both the body tub and bolt to the frame at the body mount bolts. (Similar to Poison Spider rockers I think) Now I want to add a JKS 1.25" BL and I don't think it will work with those sliders. The only thing I can figure is to cut off the steel where it mounts to the frame, then drill new holes and mount it to the underside of the body - thereby making them only body mounted sliders. Either that or sell them and get the Rokmen Merceneries which will work with body lifts since they don't mount to the frame.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Here's a pic of the Rokmen's. I could try to fab something similar with the EMPs by removing the steel at the body mounts.

AtoZ fab also only attatches to the tub. I ran a 4" strip inside the tub for reinforcement.

I prefer sliders welded to the frame. Much stronger.

But don't yours mount on top of the body mount bushing? Can't you throw the new spacer under the slider mount?

They mount under the frame bracket. The way the JKS pucks fit into the rubber bushing I can't see how I can keep the slider mounted to the frame. I guess I'll just cut the part off that mounts to the body mount at the frame and try to mount it just to the tub. I'll figure something out.

If you go to their web site (EMP), the installation instructions talk about how to deal with a body lift. Sounds pretty straight forward.

Huh. Okay. I'll see what happens. It didn't look possible, but I guess I was wrong. Thanks.
