Jeep Wrangler JK Off-Road Replacement LED Mirrors.

This innovative new product from ORACLE Lighting will be making its debut at the 2013 SEMA Show and features a set of high powered LED light bars integrated into factory-style side mirrors of the Jeep Wrangler JK. This integration allows for easy installation and a clean, almost OEM look while providing functional peripheral illumination for the driver.

Why is peripheral illumination important? Factory headlights and most auxiliary lights only illuminate the area in front of the vehicle. Ideally for off-road activities, such as trail riding, the driver needs to be able to clearly see the area on the sides of the trail to spot obstructions, which would otherwise go unnoticed and could be a potential hazard.

Besides being functional these new LED Mirrors from ORACLE Lighting look great as well! The LED light bar is a custom design that features a total of 24 Cree LEDs. This gives the driver a powerful LED lighting punch. Each unit has a 45 beam angle to optimize the driver's peripheral visibility weather riding on the trail or in the desert. Multiple aluminum heat sinks are used to effectively wick heat away from the LEDs and are designed to use the airflow through the mirror housing to increase cooling similar to a radiator.

The housing material is made from rugged Polycarbonate and bolts onto the vehicle using the factory mounts for easy installation. A set of anodized rock guards protects the LED acrylic lenses, which also houses the DBM Reflex LED optics. These efficient optics focus the light for optimal visibility from the driver seat position.

ORACLE Lighting Technologies has been offering innovative solid-state LED Lighting products to the automotive aftermarket for over a decade and is known for quality products at fair prices. ORACLE takes pride in only using U.S. manufactured LED diodes in the products that they offer. In 2013 ORACLE was named Louisiana “Exporter of the Year” by the U.S. Small Business Administration, “Small Business of the Year” by their Chamber of Commerce, and a “Small Business Champion” by the U.S. Small Business and Entrepreneurship Senate Committee.

Be sure to stop by the SEMA Show “New Products Expo” or the ORACLE Lighting Booth #11761 in the North Hall to see this innovative new product in person.

ORACLE Lighting plans to begin shipping units promptly after the SEMA Show, to become an ORACLE Lighting Dealer visit Oracle Lighting | Premium automotive, commercial, & industrial lighting products. or call 1(800)407-5776

If possible, i would still like to see what these look like at night. Showing the light pattern and output. Any Chance?

Hello everyone, here is a video that outlines the installation process of these mirrors.

Check it out:

How's the install with the mirror relocation bracket? Is it possible? The pic above has it on tube doors but my mirrors don't mount to the tube doors. Love the concept and look but price is still steep.

Canesfan 11-14-2013 03:12 PM

I'm diggin' these but have a couple of questions. (1) Would it be redundant to run them along side my Dually spots or is the pattern/angle that much different? and (2) how do they power on?

The install is the same, as far as the wiring you will have our 16G cable come out the base of the mirror that you will connect to your power source.

1) You can run these in conjunction with your existing dually spotlights, this is a wider beam pattern than a spotlight and will increase your visibility.

2) Same way your dually lights power on, you can use the same switch that you are using with the dually lights or use our included wiring.

Nice photos - can you get one of the doors in the closed position like that and one from the driver's seat so we can see what they look like normally? I liked the light a lot, until I noticed the doors were open so the beam was focused different. I'd like to see how far to the side it is normally.

The mirrors are intended to shine outward to provide peripheral illumination rather than forward to redundantly illuminate the area that the headlights and other auxiliary lights already cover.

We tried taking photos with the doors shut from the driver seat and the camera lens was not wide enough to really catch the output. The light is visible to the driver (peripheral as well as turning head slightly) but too wide for the camera pointing forward to catch it. We tried using a fish-eye lens but it distorted the photo too much to see the illumination.

Stepping back behind the cab and shooting from the bed this is the best we could get in the narrow warehouse:

I'm interested. How does the light output compare to RI Duallys for comparison sake? Same CREE lamps? Any night pics installed on a JK yet? Regretfully, I cannot do right now even if the group buy gets them to $400 between needing tires and Christmas being upon us. :pullinghair: Great looking and innovative product, definitely on my future buy list. I think they would go great with the LEDs that I already have mounted. I have an extreme amount of night driving that I have to do on rural roads, they appear to put the light right where it needs to be to see Bambi darting out of the tree line on a suicide mission. Good luck and thanks for the offer.

These mirrors and the dually lights both use Cree LEDs so the output would indeed be very similar. Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it :)

We are getting close!

The printer has completed the packaging and it looks great and does a great job of protecting the mirrors while in transit!
