Has anyone undertaken this kind of project and made a go of it with little expense?

Looks like a great way to get into a TJ for cheap. Just make sure everything to complete it is there.

It is quite a risk! A little more money will get you a complete project jeep.

Hmmm...Hit by semi and the frame is strait? Needs just about every thing and I have the used parts. Sh111t.:eek: I would not touch that with 4points money.

thats not that much work. if all the parts are there you could put it together in a weekend if your up for it. dont get me wrong, its alot of work and would definitely require a few cases of beer to finish but i think it would be worth it if your up for it.

Looks like in the picture though... there are two tubs...?? one with roll cage one without.

I would get something a bit more complete.. try these guys.. bit of a drive but might be worth it....
