Need Help!

There is a weird screeching noise coming from my shifter /4wd area. It only starts when I hit 15mph and gets louder the faster I go. Anyone know what's wrong??

Transfer case maybe ?
We need specifics on your Jeep...
Model (x, sport, sahara, rubicon)
Engine 2.5 vs 4.0
Transmission Auto vs Manual
Diff gearing 3.03, 3.73, 4.10
Tire Size 31, 33, 35, 37
Lift (if any)
Any other mods

As mentioned could be your transfer case. Sounds like it may be a bearing somewhere.
Or perhaps a bad u joint on the front driveshaft? Try taking off the front driveshaft and driving without and see if the noise disappears.

New update, it goes away once the car is warmed up and at normal temp. It's only when the car is cold. Any ideas?

Check the yoke, this part is between ths u-joins that are located in the front shaft, near to the transfer case

most of the issues there are for throw out bearings and I know for sure that's not the problem. The noise goes away and comes every couple of days.
