i've got more pics but every time i try to load them my IE shuts down. most of the other pics are of some 8ptrs that are smaller than these, but theres a couple that are actually bigger than these. and some good hog pics too...... the ones i posted of are 3 or 4 different bucks, havent inspected pics yet to be certain.
i know up north and out west these arent anything special. but remember, i'm in the deep south, these things are monsters for down here

One/ a couple (can't tell if some are the same deer or not) of those pictures shows a good looking "young" deer. Looks like he would be a hoss in a year or two, but that's me talking over the internet. Those would be trophies for me. Good luck catching them out in shooting hours.

Thats a nice buck RBD. When do you get to bag him?

Good looking buck. Would go great with some veggies and taters.

theres at least 3 different one for sure, you'd be able to tell if i could post all the pics. its been bow season for about a month and gun season came in last saturday. i have until jan 15th. but most likely i wont get a shot at them until they go in full rut mid/late november

we didnt get word about this lease until a month and a half before bow season. its 1600acres so we had to get to work fast, didnt really have time for shed hunting, but have found a few, none from this guy though

That's interesting because the rut has been going on hard for about a week where I hunt. It gets over quick for the most part in SC

i'm down in south GA, they wont go into full rut until it gets colder down here. one way you can tell they're not in rut is that the bucks are still running together, and not out during the daytime chasing does. not to mention, we're checkin the tarsal glands on all the deer we've killed and they're all still white.
