yep...that was/is the issue with the truck. So...out with the transmission again just to change the stupid little thing. You know how much fun that is on my truck. Pull most all the drivetrain to just get to the stupid little part that takes just two bolts and 30 seconds to change.

Didn't we replace that when it was out the last time or was it just the bearing.

I replaced EVERYTHING. Clutch disc/pressure plate, flywheel, pilot/throw out bearing, slave cly, master cly, clutch line and more. Every part was replaced with new.
Guess I just got a bad unit...it happens. Stinks but it happens.
Just wish companies would of stuck with external slave cylinders. So much easier.

Ya, and how many clutch master cylinders for my jeep did we swap out at Autozone?!?!

Yeah wasn't going to do it with a floor jack blocks of wood and a bunch of small rachet straps this time. lol.
For $50 I couldn't pass up the tranny jack adapter.
