Holy cow!!

Bought my 1st jeep 3 weeks ago. Started the search for a hard top immediate. After much frustration I posted on FB about my pain of night being able to find one. Someone from my own town sold me theirs for $300!!!!! It's in great condition but needs the back window replaced... Can you say lucky????

"Lucky" That's a great deal!

i think the back window is gonna cost just as much as you paid for the top.

So that's still a deal at a total of 600. They go for 800-1000 used around here

Even that is a great deal for my area. Used ones easily run about 1500.

i agree it is a good deal. I was just letting them know the cost of the rear window, its crazy that he will pay as much for it as he did for the top. around here you can find them on craigslist as cheap as 600 up to some crazy numbers.

When a friend needed a rear window for his hard top, he simply took a huge sheet of wrapping paper, then outlined the shape of the edge of the hard top where the window sealed up against it.
He took the paper down to a Plexiglas shop.
They used that template to cut out a piece of Plexiglas for him.
He still had to drill the hinge holes, and he had to do some slight trimming to get it to fit properly. But, for around $100, it was a pretty good deal.
Plus, he asked the plexiglas people to use "tinted" plexiglas.
Once installed, it really looked good.

Got my top painted black! The inside I had rhino coated ... Hell yes! I'm waiting on the window to be installed. Hopefully I won't run into problems once it's on my Jeep. 😁

Good deal for sure, I paid the same from a member on here a while back, so glad :)
