Going up a big hill in the mud with trees on both sides not the greatest idea.

I wish I could get action shots but I'm to busy having fun to take pictures.
Thats why I need someone to come with just for pics.

ya, you should buy an extra set, you'll break them often. i've replaces both sides already.

After I orderd it I found a site that had the pair for only 4dollars more. Oh well. It would be better if they didn't rape me on shipping. They charged me 5 for shipping and a dollar handling fee. The side marker was only 8.98. What can u do? Lol still better than a fender lol.

i got guards for them, just to protect them in case your situation comes along.

I was looking at those. But for the price of the guards I can get a couple more pairs of the side markers lol. Oh and whats that hanging form your rearview mirror?

It's been my experience that if you hit something hard enough to warrant a guard, you usually break the guard as well. They look nice though!! :D

It looks like half a thong or something.

Hey BeepBeep.. I'm in love with your Jeep. Now I feel like I'm cheating on mine.

not to mention generally the guard is usually attached to either the lense itself or the mounting points for the light, so if you strengthen the light itself, you end up breaking the part it mounts to, in this case the flare. something has to give.

I feel the same way about the tail light guards there are 2 kinds. one type attaches to the screws that hold the lense on the housing WTH good is that gonna do, if you hit something it will just break the housing instead of the lense. the other style bolts to the tub behind the light, but as we all know the tub sheet metal is very thin, and I think I would rather break the housing or crack the lense, if it could possibly avoid caving in the tub.

on a side note if your planning on climbing muddy hills on regular basis, trees or not, you really should look into getting some better tires. you do know the GSA on the tire stands for "GET STUCK ANYWHERE"

I agree with you on the gsa part lol. Sad fact is I only get stuck when I put the transfercase gaurd on something. I use more speed then I want alot though. I am going to get new tires soon but it seems every time I go to buy them something comes up and I have to wait. Oh well by spring I'll have them.
