It has spark on all cylinders and consistently? Sometimes the computer shuts spark down after 1-3 second for different reasons. Ive been fighting similar problems on mine.. All I can say is be thorough when checking for spark.lol.
Try and start it on starting fluid/carb cleaner, that will eliminate spark issues.
If it starts and stays running, check the Wide Open Throttle switch on the throttle body, it will put the ECU into fuel CUT during the start up process. Took me two weeks to get to the bottom of that one, with some help from WF members
