New from Miami

Hey forum,
My name is Tommy and I am new to the forum. I purchased a 1994 Wrangler YJ yesterday(1/20/10). This is my first Jeep and first manual vehicle ever. I am still learning the clutch...mainly starting from a stop :banghead:

I am here to learn from you that are more experienced. I hope that I can learn alot. I am looking forward to building up the Jeep.

Starting tomorrow it will be getting a nice pressure wash. A paint job on underbody, spring, wheel wells, rims, and fenders.

I know zero about Jeeps so I am a total newbie.

Here is a pic of the jeep:

Thanks!

No, those are the tires and rims that came with it. Are they the original rims? Idk...
My first mod will definetly be tires, but does that mean I will need a lift?

welcome to the forum from wisco man... as for needing a left to get bigger tires it all depends on how big you want to go... i think you can run 30s, possibly 31s without a lift but anything more and you will have to start looking into lift options

Welcome to the forum Tommy. Driving standard become automatic in short order, no pun intended.
