Brake light problem

Sorry if this has been addressed before. I searched and didn't find it.

My passenger side break light doesn't come on when I push the break pedal. However, the bulb is good and works with turn signals and flashers. Any ideas where to start looking?

i think the bulb has two filiments. one for brake and one for turn. that way they can both come on at the same. ie: stopped at a stop light with the left blinker on and your foot on the brake.

Actually, I think the brake filament doubles as the turn. But to add a strange twist. I had checked it with the parking brake set. With the brake released, it works fine. That being said, I am not too worried. Won't be braking much with the parking brake set, I hope.

X2 with the Chief. Change the bulb and see what happens. The parking brake has nothing to do with your brake lights unless there is a ground issue when your brake dash light is on.
