RE 4.5 Super-Flex

What do you guys think about the Rubicon Express 4.5 super flex lift. I am a newbe and was thinking of getting this for my first lift. Also thinking of runnig 33's with it. lets here some feedback and if you are running it can i see some pics?

It's a good solid lift kit made by a reputable company in our sport. There are thousands of people running that lift with 35's on their jeeps with no problems at all.

I only heard good things about the RE SF kit. Some say the springs actually net more than 4.5" but I believe that all depends on how your rig is set up (skid plates, tire carriers etc..)

Another really nice thing about the RE SF is it is upgradable to a LA kit. I think the price on the LA upgrade is around $ 1500.00. It's a kit you can grow with.

You have to get shocks for that kit anyway. I got everything for $1903 shipped and it took like 3 days to get here, not counting the holiday. I'll get plenty of pics after its on.

Hey 4Jeepin, do you have a side shot of your rig? Like a driveway shot so I can see how the lift sits? Also, what size tires are you running and are you running a BL?

Thanks!!!:D

simple scout, i think you should step up to a 4.5" long arm with 35's!!!

Scout 12-20-2006 05:18 PM

I'm thinking about it. Maybe this summer I'll pull the trigger on a new lift. I hate to do it since I just put one on 6 months ago?!!?

Maybe I should just send it up to Kansas and let MR.CLIFFORD comp cut it, stretch it and slap some 38's on it.:D
