2010 Sahara Unlimited Electrical Ghosts

My baby has about 5k miles and is beautiful. The only issue(s) I have are with intermittent electrical? issues. The first manifests itself when driving. The low tire pressure light goes on then goes off. When that happens the key fob does will fail to lock or unlock the doors. The dealer says when it happens drive over to him since when they checked they had NTF.

The second is the at times both idling in park and now driving the Electronic Stability Control malfunction light and the Electronic throttle control light will simultaneously light.

This is not my first Jeep and nothing electrical has happened before. Folks around here in my corner of Vermont are baffled. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Vince G

Okay I have a 2010 Sahara Unlimited as well and just shy of 5000 miles too.

About a month ago I had just left the house and had BOTH the Stability Control Light and Throttle Control come on. Not really knowing why or if I was in some kind of Toyota "danger" I just pulled off the road for a minute. I turned the Jeep off for then turned it back on and hadn't seen them again.

Well then Monday I'd taken a road trip from here (Fort Worth) to OKC for the night. Coming home on Tuesday my Low Tire Pressure light came on. I again pulled over at the first gas station and checked ALL my tires (with a gauge) and they were fine. Turned it back on and the light was off. Headed south again and it came back on a short time later. After about 30 miles or so it finally went away and it hasn't been back on since.

Since I now know it's not just me, I'll try and give my dealer a call in the next day or two and see what they say. But in the mean time, please keep me posted too.

David
