Urgent help please.
I have been working since 7 am trying to install new LED stop turn and tail lights on my 2005 Rubicon.
I have a harness that performs flawlessly: the side marker, stop lights, running lights, reverse lights and the signals will work properly when the running lights are off BUT when the running lights are ON the turn signals WILL NOT flash. They simply go solid and the indicator in the dash will light up but stay lit up (everything else works normally)
I do have an LED relay for the signals, and have tried resistors and LED diodes in both the turn signal and running light wires. I have no idea what could be causing this not to work. If anyone that has done this mod has had this problem please tell me what remedied it. I need the jeep tomorrow morning, as I was not expecting this to take more 10 hours.

thank you WF!

Do you have LEDs in the front? Do you have them grounded well?

yes, I do have LEDs in the front. I switched them out to the old incandescent lights and it appears to be working on the passenger side, however the is now a problem with the drivers side FRONT signal. When the signal is on (without running lights) the flare mounted light will blink, and the body mounted one does nothing. with the running lights ON the flare mounted light comes on very faintly and the body mounted signal will stay on, but not blink. ugh. any ideas?

I had a similar problem when I put on my tube fenders and tried to install LEDs in the front. I already had LEDs in the rear. I got mine to work by wiring my front factory lights up and mounting them under the hood. Then I just wired my LEDs up as turn signals(no marker light). This might not be the best way but it works great. I have the relay as well. I may do a running light in the future. I hope you get it fixed I had mine down for three days trying to get it working right.
