Get em to replace it. Insurance companies suck.

Can't you pick the repair shop of your choice, regardless of who's fault it was? That's what I always understood.

better yet, get a high estimate, get the check, and buy some sweet accessory for the jeep. it'll just get banged up on the trail

true that. you pick the higest price place that will do the work, and usually the Insurace co will try to split the difference with you. I would remind the Insurance company that their client hit you and you brought it to a qualified repair shop, if their adjuster was a repair person chances are he wouldn't be an adjuster. Just say if they want another opinion you'll be more than happy to take it to one more place for an estimate.

oh and make sure its DC parts

the body shop does what the insurance company tells them to fix.or what they will pay for.
but you dont need to take it to the dealership go to a normal body shop the work it normaly the same as a dealership if not better.
if its the type of wrinkle I think it is its very fixable its a comon
wrinkle that jeeps get when they get hit like that.

but then again I havent seen it.
