Anybody seen these I'm about to order some to get my shocks away from the exhaust.

they say you get a more stable feel in the ride anybody have experience with the shock shifter

So what exactly is this supposed to do?

Some shocks don't just "bolt in" to those shock shifters. If you have a set like the OME's where the bar pin is vulcanized in the bushing then it could cause you some headaches. From what I remember they were quite the pain to install.

all the shocks I've ever put on you had to put the bar pin into the shock.

but I only have a 1/4 in. space between my exhaust and the gas tank skid and the shock so off road they sometimes hit

Regardless, not all shocks are created equal. The new OME shocks have the bar pin vulcanized into the bushing so it doesn't come out. Just food for thought.
