I recieved a letter in the post last weekend informing of this recall. On a quick inspection I have no evidence of this but will get it checked out by a dealer.

Jeep have said they will carryout the work free of charge. I wonder if they will refund the diesel as my nearest dealer is 80 miles away.

Ahhhh another JK recall. So if the transmission doesn't explode and burn you to death the inner fender lining will cut your brake lines if you don't lose all the fluid first.

Another thing I need to watch. Great.

You must be old if 12-15-10 is like forever. I did a search on the recall and this was the first post listed, hence why I posted a reply here not knowing there was already a sticky.

If you have nothing constructive to add, then why reply?

He was just stating that this topic had been covered already and is a sticky so that everyone should be able to see it. We just try to keep the forum uncluttered with identical threads. No need to be rude.
