you wont need anything else except for an alignment after a 2" lift ... any more you would need some extras ... the only difference I see in these lifts are the quality of the shocks.

I have found that when breaking if I hit a bump its a little touchy at higher speeds ... but turning and acceleration I haven't had any problems ... had my 2 inch pucks on for about 2 weeks. With different shocks/springs it might be better.

The difference is one uses nitrogen (gas)-charged shocks, while the one is fluid-filled ("hydro")- the nitro will reduce cavitation/aeration better (mostly a problem in high-speed, high-frequency/occurrence impacts), and tend to be a bit more resistant to compression (harsher ride), but will likely last longer (not including the shock body).
For a budget boost, you're obviously not looking for max off-road ability, so go hydro and save a few bucks- Mark W.

Ah- didn't see the second bit. As for adding anything, you won't need new track bars or control arms with a 2" BB. If you really plan to wheel it, you'll want (first off) a set of swaybar disconnects to improve wheel articulation. Being that you're in the Northeast, and rust/salt are issues, go JKS or Rock Krawler- their stuff each lasts pretty well up here.
Otherwise, if you plan to go to Pine Barrens or Rausch Creek often, I'd save up the extra coin and get a proper coil spring lift- BB's are fine and dandy going down the road, but off road, they do you very little good in the end- Mark W.
