ATF Leak

Hey everyone, I have a 2000 wrangler sahara, 6 cyl. I just replaced my automatic trans. pan gasket and got rid of that leaking area but didn't notice another leak. I attached a picture also to show where exactly it's coming out of. Does anyone know how I go about fixing this leak? Thanks a bunch in advance!

edit: leaks slowly at idle, more when moving

bump, help pls :)

i can't tell much from the pic, but is that where the t case and trans bolt up? there's a seal on each unit there, a trans seal, and a t case seal that go bad.

Yes that's where the t case bolts to the trans. How much will something like this cost to repair? Thanks Dave

probably $18 in two seals, and just removing the t case.

Hey Dave is there a specific name for the seals? I want to do a little research on them before attempting it :) TIA

transmission rear output seal, and transfer case input seal.

Yep, once you get the transfer case unbolted from the transmission, it's pretty easy to replace the transmission output shaft seal. It can be replaced in just a few minutes without special tools and without getting inside of the transmission itself. Apply a thin coating of grease to the inside seal edges so as to minimize the chance of damage to the new seal when you go to bolt the transfer case back up to the transmission. :)

Thanks for the help guys! Just made my weekend :) Now I know what needs to be done for this upcoming week.

edit: leaks slowly at idle, more when moving/ how much fluid did you need after you dropped the pan?
