Rockhard 4x4 trail rack
I have a Rockhard 4x4 trail rack that I got used. I thought I'd use it, but with my rear corner rails, the CO2/Jerry mount I have wouldn't work with it. I needed the CO2 carrier more, so my loss is your gain!
I fabbed up plates and put on Grade 5 bolts to secure this thing - it will NOT move when it is installed!
These things sell new for $230. I'll let it go for $150.00 plus (actual) shipping. You pay the same shipping I pay - I don't believe in charging more. If you're near north Alabama (Huntsville) you're welcome to come pick it up! it comes with the 2 legs and the rack itself and could be packed up, but local pickup would be preferred.
I fabbed up metal plates and used Grade 5 bolts to secure it to my Jeeperman rack - that's when I found it wouldn't fit the way I wanted it to fit (long story). This should also fit other tire carriers with the A design for the tire carrier, but I make NO guarantees about that. Another reason local pickup would be preferred. We try it before we leave.
Here it is.
shipped to 67212 did you make those side rails ? if so how if i may ask/ i just bought rokmens new hylines they stopped their corner rail because they went to alum too hard to weld ive been told ????????:confused:i think im going to machine some out of 6061 at work tap the ends run some all thread in the tub back it with a piece of angle and be done.looks like yours are welded in the front?i take it their steel?
Tazer, my side rails are Toys by Troy. They were two piece design with their regular corners then the side pieces with rail. They bolt together QUITE solidly.
I haven't gotten shipping quotes, but I'll see about getting one over the weekend or on Tuesday.
