Old Spare Tire Question

I have an old 2003 Ram 2500 4x4. Had her for over 10 years and she's a great truck. She's always been garaged and looks showroom. I still have the original E-rated spare tire mounted and it's never touched pavement. The OEM BFGs last forever, the originals lasted 77,000 and I replaced them due to age, and the current 2007 treads still have life left but they're getting replaced due to age. It's not worth risking a blow-out, crash, or folded fender, so I'm replacing the 7 year old tires.

Here's my question. Is the 11 year old spare still worthy of creeping me home in a pinch? Would you trust it to that end? Just to keep the brake rotor off the ground until I get to town, should I need it? It's an 11 year old tire, but with almost no elemental exposure and no miles. It still looks good. I don't push the Ram off road, since I have the Wrangler. The Ram is pretty much a retired garage queen.

Meant to post this in off topic. Apologies.

Personally I don't see why not use. You are obviously aware of it's age/condition. You would know not to race down the highway with it. And you would be cautious.
My only other thought would be, be sure to use it on the rear axle, even if a front tire went flat. Swap the front flat with a rear tire and put the spare on the back.
