Newb to the Jeep community. Name is Paul. I have a bone stock 93 YJ that has all the fixings soon to be sitting in the garage eagerly awaiting my return from the land of sand. I would like to have an opportunity to stretch its soon to be new legs once I finish the build.

I am putting in a RC 4", Boomerang shackles, Power steering, Rock sliders, New top, Fender flares, 33s, and the list goes on and on and on.

The Jeep is my new project since my 03 Mitsu Evo is built to the hilt.

I look forward to getting the chance to meet up with you all......next fall : (

Paul

appauldd, thank you for your service and all you do! welcome and look forward to your return!

Appauldd 04-07-2011 03:39 PM

Can any of you guide me in the direction of some good stores and/or jeep junk yards? My YJ needs a few stock parts replaced.

Thanks.

Paul

Hey Cincinnati Jeepers. I've been on the site a while and have never gotten onto the Ohio section lol if anyone is interested in going wheeling around here, I'm down Amy time. I've got a really fun spot out in West Chester if anyone is looking for a place to wheel. It can only accommodate 3-4 jeeps at a time but it's a good time. Shoot me a pm if your interested. Always looking for ppl to wheel with and don't really have any buddys with off road vehicles.

Appauldd 04-27-2011 03:34 PM

So I now have over $2000 in parts sitting at my house eagerly awaiting my return from the land of sand. The 93 YJ is going to get a complete overhaul. I can't believe how inexpensive it is to buy Jeep stuff. I've been in the tuner hobby too long.

Anyone wanna buy and Evo?

99TJCrawler 04-28-2011 09:25 PM

pass on the evo. My mustang is full from rice ;) just playin. So whatcha gonna buy for the jeep??

Appauldd 04-29-2011 10:54 AM

I have a bunch of parts sitting at the house and more to come...

RC 4"
Steering Stab
Boom shackles
Stainless brake lines
Power steering set (my YJ has manual)
Smittybilt fender flares
rock sliders with steps
New soft top
Full stainless hardware set
New front seats
Posi-lock
New center console
New fuel sending unit
POR-15 for the frame
F & R bumpers
4.0 Throttle body
Electric fan
Motor mounts
1" body lift
Stereo
Speaker pods
33 12.50 15 tires
Smoked side and turn signals
Rear flush mount tail lights
Steering tie rod flip
Monstaliner for inside the tub
New side mirrors

I have to repair a couple rust holes and work out a couple dents too.

Basically a full frame off restoration will be conducted this fall/winter.

Where in west Chester? Is it along the tracks on station rd?

guinnessboy77 01-11-2012 07:58 AM

Is everyone still getting together? I'm in Florence, KY and I'm a Jeep Newb. Bought my first one on 10/21/11 and I'm looking to get my feet wet and learn more about my Jeep. Would love to get out with some people from the area.

Buckeyemania 01-14-2012 06:47 AM

Yes I would like to meet up and some wheeling also. I am pretty new to jeeps. Just picked mine up a month ago. I am in the Fairfield area.

Khaki05Wrangler 01-14-2012 11:59 PM

Cincy area. Just bought mine Thursday. Also looking easier areas.

Tjlangston 01-28-2012 08:23 AM

I would love to tag along, somewhere around Cincy too.

Khaki05Wrangler 01-28-2012 09:50 AM

Someone at work told me about Big Rock Off Road Park having truck/Jeep trails for people that want to get their stock or slightly modded rigs out without doing extreme rock climbing. $20 per driver, $10 per passenger. I've taken my quad there a couple times. Maybe we can look into that.

4Jeepn 01-28-2012 10:01 AM

Bills 491 Off road this a a bit close to the area.

Buckeyemania 01-28-2012 08:16 PM
