front driveline vibration

I have a 2004 TJ, Rubicon 5.5 long arm, dana 44 front w/ alloy axles and ARB locker w/ 4.56 gears. The front CV driveline has been balanced and joints gone thru. Had the tires balanced and front end alignment done. Went thru dif and pinion, all good. The vibration comes on at 50 (as with most vibrations). If I take the driveline out the vibration is gone. We tried playing with the driveline angles and it only got worse. Front end was a little out of square and it helped a little when this was corrected but did not go away. :banghead::banghead:

Anymore suggestions to try or look for...

I have had a few jeeps and understand that a little vibration is expected with the lifts. I worked thru the others in the past either being angle of the dangle, u-joints, out of balance/dented driveline, etc..this one has got me stumped. currently trying to find another driveline to borrow to see if it is something I missed.

You might get more help in the TJ section.

what's the pinion angle and your caster degree? might be time for adjustable arms if you haven't got them.

are these stock driveshafts by chance? you might just need aftermarket shafts. the joints are different and they handle different angles than the stock ones.

let's see, I'd play with that caster/pinion some more. post up an acid test or pinion degree if you can. generally playing with those arms you can trial and error vibrations out, even with stock shafts.

no other problems? DW, bumpsteer, pulls, weird handling or anything other than a front DS vibe?

Ok, I don't have the angle yet but we put it on blocks and have it down to the CV or the out put shaft of the transfer case. post the angle asap.
