Weak Spring
i recently bought a 2005 jeep wrangler x. it has a small lift im thinking around 3". the passenger side rear seams to be a little lower than the driver side and the axle is shifted a little to the driver side. i first thought that maybe they didnt change the track bar but the extension bracket is on there so now im wondering if a weak spring could be my problem and if so how do i go about getting a new one. any help will be great. thanks

Sounds like one of the springs could be sagging, depending on if the lift put on was new or bought used.

Do you know what kit it's from, to match up springs...

dont have a clue. do you know of any part of a lift that may be marked. but im thinking the same thing with the axle shifted to the driver side then something has to be pushing it that way

It will happen with a new spring too. It is called "torque sag". When you accelerate, the torque forces the passenger side down and the driver side up, causing fatigue and sag to the coil spring. Happens on almost every lift, even stock springs. Swap the springs right to left and be done with it. It will even out the springs pretty quickly. You could also add a coil spacer to the passenger side.

I have the Clayton springs which are progressive rate, like Curries and no sage since having the lift and has been on since 06/07.

ok just tried the spring swap and it still sits the same, so i dropped the track bar and that fixed it. it appears to be about an inch to long. so i guess now all i can do is buy an adjustable one.
