Bestop Trail covers are excellent as well... Pavement Ends is Bestops less expensive product line.

I have the one from mopar. It fits with the top up or down but it doesn't cover the door openings for the lower door. If you've got half doors it'll be good. I would not trust it to keep out a good rain because it doesn't fit very tight but if your looking to keep out debris or to keep from putting the top up over night its great. Plus got it on eBay for $50 brand new!

Bestop trail cover is what I have too. It IS water PROOF!
I dont think it would work if your top is up though, it fits pretty snug.

I've got a Bestop Trail Cover. Best $120 I've spent on my Jeep so far.....

Nope won't fit over the top.

The Emergency Top is a slightly different animal: most covers also cover the windshield. The Emergency top doesn't, and fits tight enough to allow you to drive at slow speeds. Which can be very useful if you get caught out. The drawback is a slightly slower "install" time, since you need to adjust carefully at the windscreen.

I have the Raingear cover and it works like a champ. Pretty heavy duty material too. I've had it in some pretty torrential rains without the top on and only had a minimal amount of water (maybe 1/16 cup?) in the floor mat on the windy side of the storm. The was no water anywhere else on that side....just in the ribs of the floor mat. I have the version that fits with the top off, but they sell another one now that will work with the top on or off. Just make sure you get the right one if that's what you're after.
