Hey i have a 1995 jeep wrangler with a soft top and the bottom half of the doors are hard then the window part is soft. my problem is that when im driving and get up to about 55 mph the the windows start like flapping in and out. just the very top of the window goes out like 4 inches and flops like that constantly . can anybody help me figure out what might be wrong?
i am not sure about the yj's, but i know on the tj's when people have this problem, they slightly bend the posts in so that the top of the window has a tighter fit against the jeep.

Grab the top of your upper door, and bend it in. You're going to want to bend the pins where it connects to the lower door. Get it to the point where it's almost hard to close the door. The uppers use a "positive seal" - which basically means they need pressure to keep them closed.
Make sure they're adjusted correctly up and down as well: there should be small "collars" around the pins that control how far the top fits into the lower door. Sometimes if the upper door is too low, it allows a lot of air to grab at the front corner.
