rear plastic window

I have dark tinted plastic windows on my 09 JK. Problem is, the back window is so bad I can hardly see out of it anymore. Any ideas on how to clean it? I have tried scrubbing it with warm water with gentle soap with a soft cloth and using the Mopar soft window cleaner. Is my only option at this point to replace the window?

If thats the case, and I'm starting to think that it is....is it possible to buy just the rear window? The side quarter panels are fine.

Thanks!

Plastic polish and a buffer wheel...comes out pretty good and a lot cheaper than buying a new one. Not sure how many times you can re-polish though. Do a search on polishing windows...not sure if I saw this on here or another forum...

Post a pic if you can so we can see exactly WHY you can't see through it. Does it look crackly? Or is it just fuzzy?

Scrubbing would be the problem..... :( Fixing it will be the challenge. Polishing the scrubby marks out is the solution. It should buy you some time, but it sounds like a replacement window is in your future... You gotta be nice to plastic windows or they get their revenge... Yes you can get just the rear window. Morris 4x4, Quadratec, etc have them....

Plastx helped mine a bunch. Most of the scratches just stay there but it cleans all that is still pretty good and I can see much better than before I cleaned with it. After that go over it with Pledge furniture wax for some additional benefit.

Or you could go with clear plastic windows
