Probably have a leak somewhere. Check your weatherstripping.

Have you ever folded your front window down? If so it will always leak.

???? What are you talking about? edit: Oh, you mean the windshield....

OP, is your tailgate bar and the flaps behind it installed properly? If you feel the carpet (assuming it's still there) in the back on the wheel well humps, is it wet? I bet it's coming in either at the back window or the side windows. It will run to the front due to the design of the floorpans...

ive never let the windshield down and it isnt coming form the side windows. could it possibly be from the rear window? i cant get it to latch right, but the carpet isnt wet anywhere other than the driver floorpan.

You gotta learn to close the back window properly.... There are videos on youtube, to show you how to do it right.

check your rear window seal between the top of the tailgate and the bottom of the window I get spacing in there quite a bit

Another thing you need to check is the hood vent. If the tube in there is clogged then it will just re-route into the cab, more specifically the cab. My last jeep did that every time it rained....
