Short and sweet

Getting 4 new tires in the afternoon...
33" BFG
Currently have 3 inch lift and MTs
I know this question has been debated for years will will continue to be for centuries! I to the point of just taking a poll, and I'll get ones that get more votes.

Just respond:
M/T or A/T
(only)
And maybe a :wavey: or :flipoff:

Ill tally up tomorrow at 12 Cali time
My vote is MT :)
thanks!

i'd say m/t, i just love the look of them on jeeps. Have a/t on mine, am looking into m/t now..

M/T if it's mostly offroad

A/T If it's a DD doing rain/snow

If money is not an issue mud terrains-but I think the A/Ts last longer unless you spend more time in the mud than on pavement. so I cheap out and have A/Ts

Swamtheman 11-02-2010 11:35 PM

Is it really that big of a difference? How many less miles will they last, a couple thousand?

monkeee2002 11-02-2010 11:49 PM

M/T's look awesome, but it's nice to have a set of A/T's laying around for the in-between time.
My vote is M/T's, but it all depends on how your mileage splits up: road vs. dirt.

A/t

A/t

I voted for M/T

my 235's have some life left, but they will be upgraded to bigger M/T's

530ktm 11-03-2010 09:25 AM

MT's

Swamtheman 11-05-2010 02:20 PM

I guess MTs are on back order until mid-late December, that's what all the good tire places say :(
So I'm all retraining I guess with tires from 4 wheel parts in Riverside, awesome warranty along with them to. That place is dangerous for my wallet :p

why have a jeep that isnt so good "offroad" because you chose to put AT on it !!!??? ive used both...and i feel the muds drive just as good on the road as AT! never actually felt any different!? until i went offroad...AT just slick over in minutes! i felt the muds were beter in snow and ice too...i live in england so i know!! lol
