Crickets

If you listen real closely, you can hear crickets chirping quietly in the background.................

Where is everyone? How is everyone?

Thanksgiving is coming up. Does anyone have any special plans?

Hey you're right, I do hear crickets. They are running around my dragon's viv trying desparately not to be eaten. As far as Turkey Day plans go, I will be trying desparately to hide from my family.

Did you all have a good Thanksgiving? I spent the entire week with family, did a couple touch and go's at their airport so the nephews could see me fly. Ate too much. Watched football. Went to my range and fired over 2,000 rounds between 6 of my firearms. Good times. I've got a local guy interested in buying that piece of land with the range on it and he's offering me GOOD $$$ for it, so I'm considering selling it. We'll see. I don't get out there much anymore since I'm away at school, but I don't owe anything on the ground and the taxes aren't too bad, so it's not putting me out any. I plan on buying an airplane sometime within the next 3 or 4 years, so would be good to have some extra capital for that.
Got hammered the night before Thanksgiving with some old buddies I hadn't seen in years. Paid for it the next day..... Totally worth it. :D

You'll have to take me up when you get that plane.

Sure I have a D30 and D35 I'll need to unload soon. :D

cavediverjc 12-01-2010 07:44 PM

I flew down to Wichita Mid Continent a couple of weeks ago. Lots of air traffic. I landed my Cessna 172 between a Lear and a Cessna Citation. I felt special. :D

MR.CLIFFORD 12-01-2010 09:42 PM

I'd imagine he wouldn't want to offend you. What do you want for it?

And keep your eyes peeled for a 6.0l V8 drive train for my junk.

distortedtj 12-02-2010 07:50 AM

We know what they are worth and sell for. I don't get offended easily. I just laugh. :D
