And just FYI for all that want push notification...go to your setting and create acct. It'll set it up real quick. then you just have to activate it via your email and click the link to forumrunner, which will give you push notification for the app.

Ill check the qr code tonight, but there was an update available this morning that was supposed to fix a lot of force close issues.

Ok. How are you getting screen shots? Only way I know is using ths sdk.

ParaCAD 11-18-2010 12:10 PM

app called Shoot Me, says it only supports rooted devices...Nope works great on my Evo

You start the app and shake the phone to take a SS. Only issue is its stays on for a while. And you may take random screen shots. But thats no big deal. Just start it and shake it when you are at the screen you want a shot of..its great!

I'm am loving it so far. I would've gotten it back in October but Sprint wouldnt let Advantage Club members get it because "they were selling too fast". That kinda made me mad but at least i have it now. It is so awesome I got the white one :D too bad 4G isn't in my area. However it is about 15 miles away.

Sent from my HTC Evo 4G

Glad to see more people using the app - I was checking in during work, but the boss was around to much to do any posting. :D

My God's it works. I am posting from my extremely slow and getting slower Droid. This sure beats the crappy stock browser

lol..no just regular size hands/fingers. the icons are small, but the Evo (for me atleast) touchscreen, seems to register really well, w/o hitting the wrong icon :D

Those icons are actually grouped using multi-icon widget (4 icons = i widget)..i love it. also using the Launcher Pro Plus home replacement.:punk:

what does rooted mean? i saw that on other apps and don't know what it means.

ParaCAD 11-19-2010 08:07 AM

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rooting_(Android_OS) :D

Quote:

Rooting is a process that allows users of cellphones running the Android operating system to attain privileged control (known as "root access") within Android's Linux subsystem, similar to jailbreaking on Apple devices running the iOS operating system, overcoming limitations that the carriers and manufacturers put on such phones.

I've yet to root my Evo. Started to, but got side tracked. Still plan on it when i get the time.
