the lights came with a harness and a toggle switch. i put the switch in the middle of the 3 blanks above (or beside) the as tray. the only thing i dont like is the antenna rubs my light on the passenger side. i thought about a stubby antenna but don want to loose reception.

psycho 11-22-2010 08:51 PM

heres a couple more pics

psycho 11-22-2010 08:53 PM

oops ment this pic:doh:

psycho 11-22-2010 08:54 PM

dropped the doors off today to get painted. hopefully will get them back by the weekend

neverfastenough1 11-22-2010 08:55 PM

Problem solved ditch the antenna and listen to cd's or get a stereo that plays media. I do think stubbies get ok reception, though, but I would probably just cut mine cuzI am cheap.

RHazz22 11-22-2010 10:19 PM

Jeepin9910 11-22-2010 10:29 PM

Did you have to remove the bolts for the windshield brackets to install these and also are the bolts really long enough for these?

workingdad 11-22-2010 11:26 PM

looks great I have been thinking about doing the same to my 2001 but how did you run the wire into your jeep ? and along with the post from above how do the bracket mount ?

You gotta buy the bracket mount and i drilled a hole in my.. Shoot the watchya ma call it right in front of the hood with the windshield wipers, then go to the engine compartment and straight through the firewall into the jeep! :D

Thats something i should have paid attention to lol

Peepers 11-23-2010 02:38 PM

You could put a piece of rubber tube over your radio antena so it doesnt rub metal to metal with the light. My father did that with his 8ft cb whip antena so it wouldnt wack the hard top.

andres0101 11-23-2010 02:39 PM

I like the color of your jeep!! The lights look great that's my next mod!!!

URascal 11-23-2010 05:08 PM
