2011 WRANGLER pricing

Greetings-
trying to negotiate the best deal for a 2 door wrangler. the dealer gave me a copy of the INVOICE. there are a few terms on it, with numbers i am not sure what they mean. they are:

HB= i'm pretty sure that is HOLD BACK -- i my case its 69600 ($696)

EP= ??? (is it employee pricing) --- 22151

PP=?? have no idea ----- 23080

thanks in advance, just want to be an informed buyer. they are saying the are selling them at Employee pricing.

cheers,
NAV

PP = Preferred Price - the max price the dealer can charge for that unit.

You'll get the best answers in the JK section. There's a guy in there who works at a dealership who can help you. Also join www.treadlightly.org and you can get a Wrangler for 1% below invoice.

Be advised that factory-to-dealer incentive may not be included in that invoice price. In other words, he shows you an "invoice price" of $20,000 but if there's $2,000 in factory-to-dealer incentive then the net invoice price is $18,000. Make sense? Check Edmunds.com for the latest incentives.
