Planning on bigger tires for this holiday season? Then you need to re-gear to get back the power and crawl ratio. Don't be left behind on the way to the trail or when getting into traffic. Re-gearing is the most economical way to get back that power.

PM for your re-gear set today!

Thank you very much! I am grateful for all the orders.

Planning on bigger tires with your tax refund? Get a set of gears to go with it. Excellent quality, lapped in to run quiet, and have a 2 yr warranty. Crawl up that obstacle that has been beating you and your rig up while running taller gears. You will enjoy your trip more and break less parts with deeper gears.

Take care and have fun out on the trails.

Dang I will be needing gears soon. Hopefully will be doing them in march...how long will this deal be available? Will the TJ price be applicable for a D30 front and a ford 8.8 rear?

TheTJRod 01-24-2011 10:23 AM

Just so you know, the link for the pdf doesn't work. I'm getting a "page not found"

The front will be a D30 unless someone has changed it. The rear with the Sahara package will most likely be a D44. Which picture does it look like below?

Well, if it isn't a D30, who knows what it is. Below is a picture of a D30 cover. If it is a D30 then you are good to go with 4.56s f/r for $530.

Allen

Hey! Do you guys do installations, too? I have a stock 00 TJ 4-banger, and live in Reno, NV. How much for the regearing kit installed? Any special deals? Military discount? Anything?

No sir I do not offer a MIL Discount. I keep my prices the same for everyone. I do however greatly appreciate your service. I sub out the installs to a friend of mine that has a shop close to me. The price for installation is $300/axle. Add $50 if you want to install a locker needing any drilling and tapping, such as an ARB or E-Locker etc.

Price on the f/r gears and install kit is the $530 as above but we'll have to add CA taxes since the work is being done here in CA. $573.73 total on parts.

Thank you very much!

This is a great deal for those of you looking to re-gear your rig. Package deals work for XJ as well. Don't wait! Be ready for your next wheeling trip and gain the power and mileage back for your daily driver.

Prices are shipped in lower 48 US. PM me your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address (for PDF receipt) to order. I will call you for CC info.

Thank you very much. I am truly grateful for your business.

Namaste,

Allen

I know you guys are swapping out to bigger tires all the time. This is an affordable solution to regain back the power you are loosing when doing so. Better acceleration, lower crawl speeds, improved mileage. etc., etc. Re-gearing is the best way to get HP/Torque back where you need it; to the ground.

PM me your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address (for PDF receipt) to order. I will call you for CC info.

Thank you very much. I am truly grateful for your business.

Does the install kit use timken bearings?

M_ 03-30-2011 12:42 PM

I'm kind of a newb but I have a 95 2.5 4cyl with 33s and stock gearing will this kit be all I need to regear or will I need anything else for install?

Yes, everything is included that you need unless you are wanting some traction control aids or to beef up your rear 35C. If you are thinking about doing any other upgrades to the axles then it would be wise in the monetary department to do it all at once just to save on labor cost.

I'm sure allen can get you any other axle parts you could want.

M_ 03-30-2011 01:27 PM

Jeep is more of a daily driver I'd be re-gearing to get my power and 5th gear back... Was thinking 4:88 because I might want to go to 35's next year... Sound like this is all I need to you?

Yes, this is all you will need other than maybe axle bearings and seals. If you are going to do it, you might as well rebuild each axle complete and be done with it. Don't forget to check your cross pins for wear as well, if you are not going to put in a locker.

Yes you will. Depending on what type of wheeling you do or want to do, will determine your cost. i.e., locker or open case and reuse you side and spiders. Typically the fronts are a little tight but they work, most peeps that swap to new open case get it with new internals as well.

Totally up to you and your budget on what you want when doing the swap. More details on your driving style, percentage of offroad/Daily driving, tire size and type of terrain would be helpful, if you are looking for advice. If you know what you want, let me know and I can price it out for you.

Have a blessed and prosperous day!

Namaste,

Allen
